This short story is using third-person objective. Because the writer just narrate us using a neutral form. The writer is not providing us to the point of view of the wolf. Although, he is the main character. The writer is not using "I, Mine, Me, I am" to narrate the story. 

Oowama the giant worm

This short story is using first person perspective and third person objective. Because, there is a lot of dialogue event in there. And the character speak using their own point of view. But sometimes, the writer is also narrate the story using third-person objective. The writer is using a neutral form. Which is not using the perspective from the character. 

Conclusion 

Both of them is mostly using a third person objective. Because the story need to narrate. When the dialogue event, the writer providing us the character perspective by using thier own point of view.
